Please note that installation of Senrui WPC® Composite Deck products denotes acceptance and agreement of Senrui WPC® warranty terms & conditions.

1. Her türlü iddianın tespitten sonraki 30 gün içinde yazılı olarak yapılması gerekmektedir.

2. Senrui WPC® warrants to the original purchaser that Senrui WPC® Composite Decking conforms to Senrui WPC® standards and specifications and is free from defects in materials and workmanship, and will remain free from such defects for [15] years residential use from date of purchase and ten [10] years commercial use.

3. Senrui WPC® warrants to original purchaser of any & all Senrui WPC® Composite Decking products that structural damage caused by rot, splitting, termites, and fungal decay will not occur for [15] years, beginning on the date that the product was purchased and continuing until this period has elapsed, or until the property on which the Senrui WPC® Composite Decking product was originally installed has transferred ownership.

4. Garanti yalnızca malzemenin normal konut/hafif ticari yaya trafiği koşullarında kullanılması durumunda geçerlidir.

5. Zemin kaplaması, Senrui WPC® yazılı kurulum talimatları veya Senrui WPC® video kurulum talimatları ile kurulmalıdır; bunların her ikisi de Senrui WPC.com adresindeki Kaynaklar sekmesinde mevcuttur.

6. Regular maintenance, as described inSenrui WPC® Decking Maintenance & Repair Guidelines  must be . Damage caused by unapproved cleaners or chemicals is not covered under this warranty.

7 . Senrui WPC®, as with other composite decks, is subject to seasonal expansion and contraction. This is a normal occurrence and not considered a defect.

8. Mobilyaların, aletlerin, tekerlekli eşyaların veya malzemelerin yüzeyindeki yabancı maddelerin neden olduğu hasarlar bu garanti kapsamında değildir.

9. Yangın, su baskını, diğer doğal afetler, doğal afetler, nakliye, inşaat veya kurulumla ilgili hasarlardan kaynaklanan hasarlar bu garanti kapsamında değildir.

10. Döşemenin monte edildiği yapının ihmali, erozyonu, uygunsuz drenajı, çökmesi veya hareketi bu garantiyi geçersiz kılar.

11. Ürün kalitesi, malzeme kusurları veya malzemenin %5'ini aşmayan hatalar bu garanti kapsamında değildir.

12. Senrui WPC® will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or credit the full purchase price of the defective material. Labor is not included or covered under this warranty.

13. In no event will Senrui WPC®’s liability exceed the cost of replacement of the defective product or the refund of the original purchase price.

14. Bu garanti, ilk satın alma tarihinden itibaren beş [5] yıl içinde bir kez devredilebilir. Malzemenin satın alınmasından itibaren otuz [30] gün içinde garanti kaydının yapılması gerekmektedir.

Bu süre içinde kaydolmamak bu garantiyi geçersiz kılacaktır.
